It is always purchased new and meets the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association safety guidelines. Every piece of equipment is safety checked and sanitized after each use.

According to a 2004 study by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 4 out of 5 car seats are installed improperly. This is something that Baby Gear-USA® takes seriously. We require that operators complete the Child Passenger Safety Certification Course on car seat safety that is offered by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Baby Gear-USA® is insured.
