Q. Is there a minimum number of days I have to rent baby gear? A. Minimums may apply during peak seasons or holiday weekends. Q. When does the rental term start? A. The day you check-in to your destination. Q. Can delivery be made to our vacation home/private residence prior to our arrival and picked up after our departure? A. Absolutely. Please provide Baby Gear-USA® the name and phone number of the real estate company that you are leasing your vacation property from or the private residence where you will be staying and we will make all of the arrangements for delivery and pick up. Q. Can I pick up the baby gear myself? A. Unfortunately, no. Baby Gear-USA® happily delivers all the gear you need to the rental property or residence where you are staying. Q. What if I am not satisfied with the condition of the equipment delivered? A. Baby Gear-USA® takes tremendous pride in the condition of the equipment and how it is delivered. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the equipment, please notify Baby Gear-USA® immediately and we will be happy to replace it as soon as possible. A. Rental terms and conditions are easily clarified on the rental contract. We ask you to read them carefully before signing. Q. When will my credit card be charged? A. Your credit card will be charged the entire amount at the time of your order. Q. What is your cancellation policy? A. All cancellations made two days or more, prior to your arrival are subject to a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery will be refunded 50% of the invoice total. Q. How far in advance should I make a reservation? A. The sooner the better. To guarantee availability, you should place your reservation as soon as you know your travel dates. A. Yes. Baby Gear-USA® will phone all clients within 24 hours to confirm reservations, make payment arrangements and answer any additional questions (childrens’ ages/weights for car seats, where you want the crib, etc.). Invoices are sent via fax or E-mail. Q. Is there a delivery or pickup fee? A. Yes. Specific charges are based on location of delivery. Q. Is it possible to move or set the crib up myself? A. No. To insure your child’s safety we will set up all cribs. Please let Baby Gear-USA® know if there is a specific room where you would like the crib to be set up. Q. How is the equipment cleaned? A. Every piece of equipment is safety checked and sanitized after each use. Baby Gear-USA’s® cleaning procedures exceed the guidelines established for day care centers in the States of Georgia and Massachusetts regarding infant and children’s toys, furniture and cloth items. All crib linens and seat covers are laundered in Dreft detergent after each use. |
